Module 1 – Core Controls & Submissions
This module covers the foundation of Jiu-Jitsu: essential movements, positional control, and the first submissions. Students learn how to stabilize top positions, escape from disadvantageous spots, and apply fundamental attacks like the Americana, armbar, and rear naked choke.

Module 2 – Guard Fundamentals & Attacks
Focused on the closed and open guard, this module introduces defensive guard structure, guard pulls, and sweeps to reverse positions. It also teaches core submissions from guard such as the armbar, Kimura, and triangle, as well as transitions to back control.

Module 3 – Escapes & Guard Passing
This module develops defensive awareness and mobility. Students learn to defend common headlocks and chokes, open and retain guard, and escape from strong control positions. Key guard passing techniques are also introduced, building a balanced offensive and defensive foundation.

Module 4 – Self-Defense & Counters
Here the focus shifts to practical self-defense applications and counter techniques. Students practice defenses against wrist grabs, collar grabs, punches, guillotines, armlocks, and back control. It also introduces offensive takedowns and sweeps to ensure confidence in both sport and self-defense situations.
